So, how I got started? Well, I have been very interested in what’s going on in the kitchen and I just realized that I love to mix the dough.
For me, my early, simple childhood experience of mixing different ingredients has led me to become a baker. My first experience of using a dough hook actually was my best experience! I still remember the thrill of getting my first dough hook to use and loving it!

My passion for baking and my need to learn how to repair and maintain my dough hook was a great combination. After many years of experiencing as much as possible, I finally made it to a point where I could start creating my own recipes.
Of course, I’ve had incredible experiences in the past but more recently I just learned a new way to make my own recipes, getting my ideas from past experiences, and sharing them with others. It’s all thanks to my wonderful experience in the kitchen. Who knew that learning as much as possible could be this rewarding.
In fact, at some point, I realized that not all companies who sell their products and services to professional bakers or home bakers are providing great service and are good at repairing their products and the dough hook. But it doesn’t matter because I was willing to put in the time to find one! My skills and knowledge allowed me to achieve a goal I had never imagined.
After a while, I started looking for a service company that can do dough hook repair or whole bakery equipment replacement for other bakers. I found one and we had a great meeting and I learned that my search was not in vain.
Knowing that I have the skills and the talent to create wonderful dough flavours, colours, and texture, I decided to go ahead and start creating my own recipes. And I would let any professional bakers or home bakers know about my good experiences in this field and they can continue their search and find what they are looking for.
